By using Nordic Anuncios and submitting any listing, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and legal obligations.

1. User Responsibility

All content published on Nordic Anuncios is the sole responsibility of the user or company who submits it.
Users must ensure that any item, property, job or service advertised complies with applicable Spanish law.
Listings must be truthful, accurate, and updated if conditions change.

2. Platform Disclaimer & Liability

Nordic Anuncios is a neutral marketplace and does not take part in any transactions, nor does it verify, endorse or guarantee any listing or user.
We do not act as intermediates, agents or representatives for any listing or advertiser.
We accept no liability for losses, damages, legal disputes or fraud between users.

3. Property Listings & Vacational Homes

If you are posting short-term/vacational rental properties ("alquiler vacacional"), you must comply with:

Legal Requirements:

Possess a valid Tourist License number (Licencia de Vivienda de Uso Turístico) registered with your regional tourism authority (e.g., Junte de Andelucía, Generalitat de Catalunya, etc.).
Include the tourist licence in the listing, if applicable.
Comply with local municipal laws, including occupancy limits, registration of guests, and tax collection (Impuesto sobre Estancias Turísticas or similar).

Note:

Faliure to comply may result in your listing being removed, and reported to the authorities.

4. Prohobited Content

The following may not be advertised on Nordic Anuncios:

Any item or service prohobited by Spanish or EU law
Weapons, drugs, explosives, counterfeit goods
Prescription medicines or controlled substances
Human trafficing, adult services, or personal data sales
Protected species or illegal animal trade
Unlicensed real estate or vacation rentals
Job offers that violate Spanish labor law

5. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)

Nordic Anuncios complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)
User data is collected solely for the purpose of operating the platform and improving user experience
Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data at eny time
By posting a listing, users agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

6. Reporting Abuse Or Violations

If you believe a listing violates these rules or is suspicious, please report it immediately using the "Report" function on the listing or email us at info@nordicanuncios.com

7. Agreement

By publishing a listing on Nordic Anuncios, you confirm that:

You understand and accept this policy in full
You are responsible for ensuring your listing complies with all local, regional and national laws in Spain
You accept our right to remove any listing without notice
