Definitions

Each of the terms mentioned below, when used in these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Terms", shall have the following meanings:

Anouncement: Refers to any content (including text, images, photos, drwaings, or multimedia) submitted by an Advertiser, under their sole responsibility, for the purpose of buying, selling, renting, or offering services through the Website or Mobile Site. The announcement must comply with applicable Spanish laws and platform guidelines.

Advertiser: Means any individual og legal entity, of legal age, located in Spain (or legally operating within Spain), who holds a Personal Account and submits one or more announcements on the Platform. The Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the content they publish. Creating a listing automatically results in the creation of a Personal Account unless one already exists. 

Personal Account: Refers to the free, user-managed profile that each Advertiser must create to submit, edit, manage, or delete their announcements. The Personal Acccount provides access to a dashboard for managing listings and communications.

Nordic Anuncios: Refers to the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site, registered in Norway under the company name Lero, with its registered office located at Hodnesdalsvegen 51, and company number 917 887 195.

Customer Service: Refers to the Nordic Anuncios support team, which handles user inquiries, support requests, and abuse reports. It can be contacted at: info@nordicanuncios.com

Nordic Anuncios Service: Refers to all services made available to Users and Advertisers through the Website and Mobile Site, including but not limited to: publishing listings, browsing content, contacting other users, creating accounts, and accessing support. 

Website: Refers to the full version of Nordic Anuncios, accessible primarly via: https://nordicanuncios.com, which provices all functionalities and access to the Nordic Anuncios Service.

Mobile Site: Refers to the mobile-optimized version of the Website, accessible from the same domain, which allows Users and Advertisers to access the Nordic Anuncios Service via smartphones and tablets.

User: Refers to any individual (registered or unregistered) who browses, searches, or accesses the Nordic Anuncios Service via the Website or Mobile Site. 

Subject

These Terms and Conditions of Use define the legal framework and obligations applicable to all Users and Advertisers accessing and using the Nordic Anuncios Service through the Website or Mobile Site. 

Acceptance

Use of the Nordic Anuncios platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Users and Advertisers are deemed to have read and agreed to all conditions upon accessing or interacting with the site. 

Responsibility

Nordic Anuncios shall not be held liable for non-performance or improper use of the Platform caused by the User, the Advertiser, technical failures, third-party actions, or force majeure.

Each Advertiser is fully responsible for their own content, and Nordic Anuncios assumes no liability for the accuracy, legality, or results of listings or transactions.

Modification of the Terms

Nordic Anuncios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in whole or in part.
Users and Advertisers are advised to review the Terms regularly to stay informed about updates. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of any modifications.

Miscellaneous

If any provision in these Terms is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that clause shall be considered null and void without affecting the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force.
